hello – going to look at oceanfront condo sat. for under $100k -rockstar band & more
Well the only thing to say about the market is that it would have been nice to have $2000 to invest right now with the nice sized pull back. Next week should be good unless bad news.
I’m going to check out a few oceanfront condos in hawaii under $100k I could rent with cashflow with a sizeable downpayment from my refinancing. My appraiser went well and my tenants were out of the house and it was clean. So that went smooth. I’m hoping my home appraisers for more then $120k but I may be pushing that button down to hard cashing it out.
I’ve been listening to www.pandora.com radio a lot doing my HPU homework online. I really like the website and like its style of choosing similar songs to the bands you like the most. Also its really great streamer with no cuts in songs. Listening to my favorite bands just makes me dream about being a rockstar again. I mean the dream ain’t over yet. Some rockstars hit the spotlight after their 30’s…

still waiting to close. The VA appraiser took much longer then needed. also waiting on refinancing.

I’ve toyed with the idea of pursuing rock star dreams. Unfortunately I’m really nerdy and prefer to watch from the stage.
